Now I use the anti-inflammatory all the time when my back hurts a little from too much hockey or physical activity.
I ended up going to the chiropractor for about 15 treatments and felt great relief from the chiropractor appointments. After each visit, you feel much better as the manipulation relieves the stress on the body. The doctor also helped me with some stretching exercises for my back and showed me how to maintain my posture and maintain good back health even stretching in a certain way while driving my car, which also bothered me. He also suggested buying some ankle weights to help build strength for some minisco sore he also had in his right knee, which helped a lot too. Overall, I had a great experience with my local chiropractor and will use them again if I have problems in the future.
