Easy fitness for people with disabilities

I’ve said it before and will keep saying it until I get the message across. No matter what your physical disability is, there is absolutely no excuse for not keeping your mind and body as healthy as possible. What most people don’t realize, whether they are capable or not, is that even a few minutes of gentle exercise will make a difference in overall well-being. I hear the same story over and over, “I’m disabled, it doesn’t make sense” – “Too hot” – Too cold “-” Too tired. “All of that is done to death and I don’t listen to any of them.

When it comes to fitness, we cannot differentiate between non-disabled or physically handicapped people, as each of us has the choice of choosing a healthy body or a lazy body.
