Summer is the time to watch movies. There’s nothing better than watching a great movie and then getting out into the summer night air as you recap the highs and lows of the movie with your friends or loved ones.
Every summer there are big budget movies that are great and there are big budget movies that are horrible. Then there are the lower budget movies that are great and the ones that aren’t.
Here are 5 movies you have to see this summer:
5. Sex and the City: The Movie (5/30)
While this movie doesn’t excite me, there are millions of loyal fans who are eagerly awaiting this movie. If you liked the HBO show, you should love the movie.
Four. The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (5/16)
Another trip to another world for another great adventure. Narnia is a great place to visit and it will be in May.
3. Hancock (7/2)
Will Smith and Charlize Theron are the protagonists of this. That’s All I Need To Know. It has to be good. Will Smith is a hero who saves people but causes a lot of destruction in the process.
two. Batman 2: The Dark Knight (7/18)
This movie looks amazing. With Christian Bale as Batman and Heath Ledger as the Joker, this movie is going to do great. Especially since Ledger’s unfortunate death in early 2008.
1. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (5/22)
This movie was a long time coming and I can’t wait. It’s hard to say what this is about, as tight control is kept on it. But it looks like Indiana may be fighting aliens with his son. Regardless of the plot, this movie is going to be amazing.
