We, each and every one of us, came here with the purpose of making a difference in helping others. And yet many of us, sometimes this includes me, forget to start with ourselves.
In the course of my work, I meet and connect with so many amazing women. It saddens me that so many women, and some men, simply neglect themselves.

Simply making the decision to choose to feel and think differently changes everything on multiple levels. I know and believe this to be true, and yet I find that Ego-chitter’s talk will begin to raise objections, causing resistance.
Fear and doubt are the primary emotions that cause scarcity and delay, keeping us in what I call the “stagnant zone”, keeping prosperity and abundance in all their forms, simply out of reach.
