Who would have thought that video games would one day be such a valuable kind of art as to express developers’ feelings about 2d and 3d objects? Games in general have grown rapidly over the years, more and more people are beginning to take an interest in skill and puzzle games, not only on consoles, but also online, from popular flash games like Bloons to Crush the Castle and many others. the gaming industry is still going in a positive direction even when the economy seems not to.
The game that I would like to introduce for the day is called Aurora, a fairly simple name, when I first read the title, I imagined that the game would be about some kind of puzzling events that would take the game in such a subsequent order. It actually turned out that this browser escape game is about a western city, the city includes everything from taverns, train stations, offices and shops.
If you’ve played a point and click game before, you probably know that the graphics aren’t usually the best, but this game adds a little twist and the artistic elements. Aurora has a nice oil painting like art, which makes the game more valuable to western enthusiasts. Don’t get me wrong, the game is challenging, even a solution like an Aurora tutorial may be necessary for those who aren’t quite sure where to go next. Maybe you are new to the world of escape style games, you will learn pretty quickly the underlying creativity found in puzzle games to make them so unique, after all, that’s why we play them, right?
To be conclusive I would have to say that Aurora is by far the best point and click adventure game to date, the graphics are definitely above average, as well as the fixes, spoilers and creativity of the game developers.
