Place ribs in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pans. Wrap with foil and bake in a preheated oven (350F) until just tender, about 1 to 2 hours. When it is ready, drain it and put it back in the molds. Combine ketchup, sugar, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, salt, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl, stirring to combine well. Pour about 3/4 of the mixture over the ribs. Cook on a preheated grill over medium heat, basting occasionally with the sauce mixture, for 30 to 40 minutes or cook until cooked through and tender. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
