Many American citizens know that the mantra of the Department of Justice is to punish those guilty of crimes and protect the innocent, but the Department of Justice has failed in this mission and this failure is known not only in the United States, but also in all countries. countries of the world. I want to change that and I have the tools, but I lack the authority and finances to complete such a massive project. So, in the following articles, I will tell you the areas of concern and the possible corrective actions that can be taken.
During my working career, part of it was dedicated to transforming near-bankrupt companies to profitability. This is a very difficult task. There are social and political issues involved, and no one seems to have a clue what to do about grappling with relationships to bring departments together while protecting territories and jobs. There are basic principles to follow in modernizing these companies that also apply to the Department of Justice.
My personal experience has given me an inside view of how to correct the system. Going through the process and having my rights abused along with real and ongoing threats of punishment does not lend itself to atonement, but rather to retribution. The system itself is your worst enemy.
What do I have to offer? I have business experience with knowledge and experience in steel mills, jet engines, military trucks, and the recreational vehicle industry. My service also involved being a consultant and I helped grow his business. During this time, I was warned that many of the projects they gave me were considered impossible by current people who were aware and expected to fail, but I always succeeded. Many of these projects were technically oriented, while some involved people and organizational issues. After the project is complete, I am not the type of person to enjoy my glory, but looking for the next challenge and helping turn the Department of Justice around would be the biggest challenge of my life. I have already spent many hours thinking about corrective actions and finding different ways of doing things. I have spent a lot of time while incarcerated and after my release studying this problem and looking for answers. The Justice Department’s problems will only get worse, and with its current momentum, the problems will never get better unless big changes are put in place. I have written two books on the subject: “JusXtice” under the pseudonym Iam Clarize, and “Department of Justice Notorious Resorts” under my own name.
I’m going to focus on two areas, one at a time. The first will be the Department of Justice and the changes that need to be made. When I work in this environment, I’ve been called by all kinds, including crazy, stupid, and dumb, just to name a few. The second area will be the Bureau of Prisons, which will include solutions for possible empty jail buildings.
IMPORTANT:
All the information that I present is objective seen through my eyes while I was inside the sections of the Department of Justice as a prisoner. I like to write with a bit of humor to lighten the story, so if any of my adjectives offend you. I apologize. I am trying to educate them and tell them what is happening and what happened to me.
I have no animosities, hatred or hostilities or detestation against anyone during my writing.
All I’m telling you is what I think would help and change the system so that we can again follow the directive that you are innocent until proven guilty.
DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE DOJ
There are several major departments or entities within the DOJ, all under the umbrella of the Attorney General. They are the Marshals, the FBI, the Department of Justice and the Bureau of Prisons and will be discussed, but to a limited extent, the Department of Justice and the Bureau of Prisons, because my experience with the FBI Marshals is minimal.

MENTAL CONTROL

These are just some of the topics that I will discuss in later articles. These are not all inclusive, but they give you an idea of what needs to be fixed as this train got derailed, but somehow it continues.
DEVIATED TRAIN: an example of current conditions
Have you ever started a derailed train again and also a locomotive because it fell? I’ve done it many times while working in a steel mill, and two pieces of equipment are all it takes to get the train back on track: several large 4 x 4 pieces of lumber and a derailleur. What is a derailleur, you ask? Its main purpose is to derail a train going in the wrong direction to prevent an accident on the line from derailing the offending train. To put the train back on its tracks, we used the derailleur in the reverse position plus the wood to put the train back on the rail. This is what I’m trying to do: put the derailed train back on track.
President Trump has stated on several occasions that the Justice Department is in disarray and in need of correction, and I fully agree with him. The discussion I am presenting is not one of condemnation, but I am trying to help the Department of Justice become one of the best organizations in the world.
There are so many different aspects to the current system that a multitude of articles will be needed to even address the subject, but having the knowledge of what they are, I have developed scenarios and then created a possible solution in each case.
This is not for me, but for my country, which I love so much. I just want justice in our judicial system and for those in power to do the right thing.
