Throat Candidiasis – Globus Hystericus

Someone asked me about the yeast infections in my throat that I have. It’s actually a lump, and he asked me if it’s mucus that comes out when I wipe it off. He also asked me about my diet to get rid of candida symptoms. I will answer that the slime can be separated from the lump in the throat. I never found out what exactly causes the lump in the throat feeling other than the fact that it is related to iron and general exhaustion. I think the medical name is globus hystericus, which is unsurprisingly found mostly in women.

From what I have now learned, mucus is related to digestion and irritated colon walls, but many people now also have mucus due to contamination. I think it’s a bit like a cold; It is an immune system reaction. Mucus is actually produced by the body to protect itself.

I take a sugar free multivitamin from Biocare, also extra liquid vitamin C and vitamin B. But I think the main thing is getting the right iron and only in about four months or so am I seeing a big difference, although there were waver improvements before now. According to Spatone Iron plus, you can’t overdose on iron in one or two sachets a day and a child has to take 50 sachets to overdose. If you are on your period, there is no way you could overdose in any case, as long as you keep the dose in the packet. I used to take more pills, but now I’ve thrown it all away, realized iron.

I try to stick to foods like a sheep’s milk yogurt a day, lots of vegetables, red meat once a week, and oily fish. I am also eating fruit now without any ill effects. Be careful with the pills because they pass through the liver and are obviously not absorbed as well as the liquid ones. They are also processed substances and can also coat the colon just as much as processed foods. I take Spirulina in the morning in my shredded wheat (no added sugar) or porridge. I can see the difference because I have nail fungus and they are definitely growing now. I think my immune system is coming back on its feet for the first time in years.
